After a period of organizing activities for students at the Ecological Garden, Duc Tri Kindergarten - Primary School has received positive responses from students and high appreciation from the Education sector, so the school has arranged and organized a picnic on Saturday at Duc Tri Ecological Garden for students' families, first of all parents of students from Kindergarten to Primary classes.
From early morning, the students’ families gathered in the school yard to prepare for the picnic. The students’ excitement seemed to spread to the faces of their grandparents and parents. Everyone wanted to see with their own eyes what made the children so eager and excited.
As soon as they arrived at the eco-garden, the children rushed into the yard and took their parents and grandparents to their favorite places. They showed their parents each flower and each fruit. They took their grandparents to see the lotus pond and fish pond. They visited the wild boars, the hens incubating eggs, etc. The children were as excited and experienced as real tour guides at the eco-garden.
Enjoying rustic, homegrown dishes, taking pictures, and playing under a house full of colors and natural flavors brought parents and students fresh air, a completely new experience, escaping the hustle and bustle and stress of everyday life.
Through this field trip, the school also hopes to receive comments and suggestions to continue to build and improve the ecological garden; so that each time they go to the garden, the children will see many new things to discover and learn.
