The world around us is full of wonders and teaches us things that books sometimes cannot. Therefore, experiencing and discovering new things is always a useful choice during the summer.
Recently, the bus of Duc Tri’s “kids’ expedition” took the children to Son Tra peninsula, a place with majestic natural scenery and rich flora and fauna. Through a day of experience with many interesting activities, the children had the opportunity to become plant researchers, animal researchers and environmentalists, together researching, learning and solving the mysteries of the natural world.

Being immersed in and experiencing nature, the children gained more useful knowledge as well as understood the importance of biodiversity, especially Son Tra peninsula - a forest in the middle of the city near their place of residence, thereby helping them gain more necessary knowledge and skills, while raising their sense of responsibility in protecting Son Tra in particular and the natural environment in general. Besides, experiencing nature themselves makes them remember longer what they have learned. to share and spread meaningful messages about nature and wildlife conservation with friends, family and the community.

Through lessons and assigned tasks, children not only experience and explore nature by themselves but also work in groups to discuss, interact, observe, analyze reality to solve problems, present opinions and draw useful lessons. At the same time, through activities, children are trained in willpower, perseverance, resilience and the spirit of never giving up.

During this learning and experience trip, the bus also took the “young explorers” to Dong Dinh Museum and Tien Sa Lighthouse. Here, the “young explorers” had the opportunity to admire the majestic beauty of Son Tra from the ancient Tien Sa Lighthouse. The children also learned about ancient artifacts dating from 100 to 2,500 years old and explored the Sa Huynh culture, Dai Viet culture, Champa culture, Chinese culture, etc. at Dong Dinh Museum. With what is observed and felt, it helps children deepen their knowledge of the culture and history of the Vietnamese people. Thereby, it encourages them to pay more attention to the history of the nation, to the cultural heritage that we are all trying to preserve and promote.

In addition to exploring, learning and experiencing interesting and useful knowledge from Son Tra and Dong Dinh Museum, children can also enjoy the cool green space and freely play physical games, challenging themselves with unique tasks of team building activities at Duc Tri practice garden.

At the end of the trip filled with joy and memorable memories, each child has gained a lot of useful knowledge and skills.
After a day of experience, the "little explorers" had many beautiful memories when interacting, getting to know each other, and connecting with friends. They were able to experience nature exploration by themselves, participate in many games and challenges. Through that, they learned a lot of useful knowledge as well as developed necessary soft skills such as interaction, teamwork, observation, analysis, presenting opinions or identifying and solving problems. Surely this trip will leave many beautiful and unforgettable impressions on each "little explorer". Goodbye and see you again on the next journeys!
