Keeping the passion for teaching alive in a changing world has never been easy. With these concerns, the workshop on “Nurturing positive emotions and transforming negative emotions of teachers and staff in preschools and general schools” led by Dr. Vu Dinh Chuan – former Director of the Department of Secondary Education (Ministry of Education and Training) has become a precious moment for the team of teachers and staff. Duc Tri School to return to oneself, to share, to understand and to gain inner strength.
Silence is necessary for educators
In a friendly and sincere atmosphere, Dr. Vu Dinh Chuan led the seminar not only with theory, but also with stories and profound experiences that each teacher more or less encountered themselves in. From how to identify and manage emotions, transform pressure into motivation, to nurturing positivity in each relationship with students, colleagues, and parents, each content was presented gently, deeply, opening up many thoughts for teachers to understand themselves better, and be more steadfast on the educational journey.
When teachers are nurtured with positive emotions, happiness and peace from within, they will spread love and knowledge to generations of students.
