The short film production contest is organized to create a healthy playground, promote the creativity of students who are passionate about producing media products, create opportunities for students to try and explore new fields, help them discover their potential, orient their careers, and at the same time, is an opportunity for students to exchange, learn, and practice teamwork skills.
I. CONTESTANTS

II. CONTENT AND FORM
- Content
Groups can choose one of the following topics:
- Nature
- Environment
– Friendship
Teacher-student relationship
- Family
– Duc Tri School
- Hometown
- Form
– Register for the contest as a group of authors (maximum 5 people/group), can combine different ages in 1 group.
– Reportage, short films, skits, comedy skits are filmed with any device that supports filming function. Each work must be no longer than 05 minutes, including title and credit.
– There is no limit to the number of entries per group.
- Request
– Entries must be submitted in mp4 format, image quality must be at least 720p or higher, and size must be 16×9.
Contest files must be named as follows: [title of work]_ [name of author group].MP4
– Entries must be titled and have a short introduction about the content and meaning of the work.
– Contest entries are allowed to use no more than 20% of material. If the contest entry uses some cuts from short videos, not made by the author group, it is necessary to have the consent of the video owner or cite the specific source. The music used in the clip does not violate copyright.
– Entries must be consistent with the content and format specified by the contest and must not go against the policies and guidelines of the Party and State. Do not use words or images that are contrary to public morality.
– Author groups are responsible for the copyright of their entries. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any copyright disputes.
– After the end of the Contest, Duc Tri School is allowed to use the contest videos for the purpose of promoting and developing the brand without having to ask for permission or pay any fees.
– The decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
III. TIME
– Launch and receive group membership registration: June 21, 2023. Groups register for membership via the link https://forms.gle/gfKretKLdAmZoPNr6
– Professional training: June 27-28, 2023
– Deadline for submissions: July 3 – July 20, 2023
– Film festival, summary and award ceremony (expected): August 7 – 15, 2023
IV. METHOD OF SUBMISSION

V. EVALUATION CRITERIA
Entries are evaluated based on the following criteria:
– Meaningful, educational, and inspirational content.
– The message is clear, easy to remember and suitable for the contest theme, not exceeding the specified time;
– Creativity in content and script ideas;
– Impressive, creative but close to life form of expression;
VI. PRIZE STRUCTURE
– 01 First Prize: 1,000,000 VND
– 02 Second Prizes: 700,000 VND each
– 03 Third Prizes: 500,000 VND each
– 04 Consolation prizes: each prize is 300,000 VND

– 03 Prizes for the audience who correctly predicts the first prize winning video and the number of votes for that video at the film festival: each prize is 1 pair of movie tickets.
This is a contest with a new, attractive and diverse format so that students can promote their creativity, intelligence and dynamism of youth while helping students practice teamwork spirit; practice skills in using modern equipment and applications in studying and working in a positive and effective way. Therefore, Duc Tri School is looking forward to receiving enthusiastic participation from students in Da Nang City.
