GD&TĐ – On November 19, Duc Tri Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary School (Da Nang) held a ceremony to receive the Second Class Labor Medal.
In 1990, when the policy of socializing education and private schools were still quite new, Duc Tri Kindergarten (Da Nang) was born. This is the first private school in Da Nang.
After 32 years of establishment and development, Duc Tri Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary School is known as a large private school in Da Nang. With the educational perspective of building an environment to help students develop comprehensively, caring for each individual to maximize the special abilities of students, the quality of education at all levels increases year by year.
In recent years, many Duc Tri students have passed the entrance exams to the city's top high schools. Participating in city competitions for excellent students, national and international competitions, Duc Tri students have won many high prizes: First prize, Second prize, Third prize, Silver medal, Bronze medal in Math competitions, national swimming competitions, international championships of Robonthon, Wecode...
In the 2021-2022 school year, at the secondary level, there were 601 excellent students, 301 good students, and 99.81 good students; at the primary level, there were 1,001 excellent students who completed their education program. In the 2022-2023 school year entrance exam for grade 10 high school, 95,871 excellent students passed the entrance exam to their desired high schools, 62,811 excellent students passed the entrance exam to top high schools, 2 classes achieved a high school admission rate of 1,001 excellent students, 8 students passed the entrance exam to Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, including 1 valedictorian, and 3 students were directly admitted to Phan Chau Trinh High School.
The school is the first private preschool education unit in Da Nang to be recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training as a national standard school in 2003 and was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President in 2011.
Ms. Le Thi Nga - Principal of Duc Tri Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary School shared: "Initially, the school was just a kindergarten class with more than 30 children and 3 teachers. The class is like a model of an indoor school, with the space of a family, grandparents, garden, fish pond... and a teacher with professional pedagogical expertise to teach and care for the first school year. Up to now, Duc Tri has become an inter-level school with 3 levels of education. Each year, it has brought high-quality educational products to more than 1,500 students, a friendly working environment for more than 200 cadres, teachers and employees".
