Overview

What is most important for a child to start their first learning journey smoothly, confidently and happily? It is the feeling of safety, being loved and having the opportunity to experience learning through playing and learning in a friendly, close environment. The Pre-primary program at Duc Tri is considered a stepping stone, a bridge to stimulate interest in learning, helping children form initial learning habits, social skills and a mindset ready to enter grade 1.

Curriculum

Get acquainted with the general program
Students are exposed to basic content about letters, numbers, how to organize learning materials, sitting skills, writing, listening - speaking - reading - understanding in a gentle and flexible way through games, group activities and small projects. The goal is to form positive learning habits and create a foundation ready for grade 1.

🌏 Integration program
Students learn English through interactive activities with specialized English teachers. Communicative lessons, singing - telling - moving help children get acquainted with the language naturally.

🎓 Emotional and social skills development program
Students are trained in basic life skills such as self-service, sharing, cooperation, identifying personal emotions, behaving appropriately with friends and adults, etc. through conversation, role-playing, storytelling, movement, etc. Life value education activities help children build compassion, love, share and live responsibly.

🏀 Physical education and arts
Students participate in age-appropriate sports and physical activities (movement games, swimming, etc.) to help develop physical fitness and practice dexterity and motor coordination.
With art subjects such as creative drawing, dance, etc., students will develop aesthetic emotions, imagination and confidence in expressing themselves.

📚 Reading culture and language
Students have access to books and lively reading corners in the classroom and library. Storytelling and reading with the teacher will help children develop a love of language and the ability to express themselves.

🪫 Science
Initially, it opens up students' problem-solving thinking, fosters creativity, and develops a love of scientific discovery with STEM subjects.

Outdoor Activities – Explore the World
Students experience natural spaces, visit farms, work as artisans, etc. From there, children learn to observe, ask questions, and perceive life in a natural, intimate way, creating positive connections with the world around them.
